Criteria for Wellens' Syndrome 
	-  Prior history of chest pain 
-  pathologic precordial Q waves 
-  No loss of precordial R waves 
-  Little or no cardiac enzyme elevation 
-  Little or no ST-segment elevation 
-  Biphasic T waves in leads V2 and V3 or symmetric, often deeply inverted T waves in leads V2 and V3, occasionally in V1, V4, V5, and V6
